Dr. Paul Mick MD, FRCSC, MPH
Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery

Dr. Mick has practiced in Kelowna since 2013. He completed medical school at the University of Alberta in 2005 and went on to Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery residency training at the University of British Columbia where he graduated in 2010. He then completed a fellowship in otology/skull base surgery at the University of Toronto (Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre) and received a Master’s Degree in public health at Harvard University in Boston.

Dr. Mick is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of British Columbia and is a well-known medical researcher. He is the author of over 20 peer-reviewed publications and textbook chapters, and has received of a number of large, competitive grants that support his research activities. His current research focuses on hearing loss, aging, and quality improvement methods in clinical medicine. Dr. Mick strives to provide state-of-the-art patient-centred care that is respectful of individual patient preferences, needs and values.
